Returns

We are confident you are going to love your suki.collective order and you can shop knowing that if for some reason it’s not quite right, we offer returns/exchanges for change of mind on standard Australian orders within 30 days. 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges for Change of Mind
To be eligible for a return or exchange for change of mind;

  1. items must be unused in any way for any period of time;
  2. items must not have been washed;
  3. items must be in their original packaging as they were received;
  4. items must be in the same condition as received.

For hygiene reasons, if items are assessed as having been washed or used in any way, we are unable to receive the items back as a return or exchange.

Return/ Exchange Period
You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from date of delivery.

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team at hi@sukicollective.com.au. Once confirmed, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

Once received by the suki.collective team, your items will be assessed to ensure they meet our return/exchange requirements.

Refund/Exchange Options
If you choose to receive a refund to your original payment method it will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

Should you choose to exchange for a different item of equal or lesser value, please contact our team at hi@sukicollective.com.au to arrange for the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs with the exception of returns of defective or incorrect items.

If after assessment by the suki. team, the returned items do not meet our return/exchange requirements, the customer is responsible for shipping costs if they would like the items returned to them.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team at hi@sukicollective.com.au immediately with photos of the damaged item(s). We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
