Returns

We are confident you are going to love your suki.collective order and you can shop knowing that if for some reason it’s not quite right, we offer free returns on all standard Australian orders within 30 days. Provided your items are in original packaging and are unused/not opened.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Return/ Exchange Period
You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from date of delivery.

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team at hi@sukicollective.com.au. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

Refund/Exchange Options
If you choose to receive a refund to your original payment method it will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

Should you choose to exchange for a different item of equal or lesser value, please contact our team at hi@sukicollective.com.au to arrange for the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs with the exception of returns of defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team at hi@sukicollective.com.au immediately with photos of the damaged item(s). We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
